We have something important to offer you...

...Something that cannot be offered on a screen, in a classroom, or in a book. It is the thrill of reading the tracks of our animal neighbours in fresh snow, the competence to create shelter and fire from nothing, the wonder of catching a glimpse into the life of a wild animal, the feeling of being safely among friends. It is knowledge of place, the feeling of being at home in the world.
Fox Kits (4-6)
A half-day forest kindergarten program especially for four to six year olds. We'll engage with the environment through play, imagination, exploration, and learning at the child's pace.

Coyote Crew (6-9)A wild and adventurous crew for a young person to fall in with! We'll explore a variety of survival, craft, and naturalist skills with an eye to developing our capacity for resilience and connection to nature through adventures, exploration, play, and skills in all weather!
Wolf Crew (10-15)
A program for youth ages 10 - 15. Picks up where Coyote Crew leaves off. Give your teen the experience of constructive risk taking, edge pushing, and leadership they crave!
Forest Fridays (6+)
In partnership with the Camp Kawartha Environment Center! Join Forest Fridays for a day of outdoor adventure and wilderness skills with an incredible community of home schooled kiddos.
